We do not collect sensitive information such as health records, racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, or criminal history. We do not collect information directly from children.

  • Client records and service history — minimum 7 years after end of service relationship
  • NQS compliance and cleaning logs — as required by applicable childcare regulations
  • Enquiry data (non-clients) — up to 2 years, then securely deleted
  • Website analytics data — per the analytics platform's settings (typically 26 months)

When no longer required, information is securely destroyed or de-identified.
