Directors often ask what a room looks like after we leave, so this gallery shows the finished standard, room by room. Our childcare cleaning photos follow strict rules: empty rooms after hours, never a child, a name or a family's details. For the people behind the work, see our team and how we started.

Our work

What do our childcare cleaning photos show?

Rooms ready for the first child at drop-off: benches clear and dry, toys back on low shelves, bins relined and floors dry enough for crawling. The images here are illustrations of that standard, each labelled, and they will be joined by childcare cleaning photos from real centres as providers give permission.

A photo shows the surface; the signed log shows the method. If you want proof of our work beyond pictures, request a sample log alongside your quote. It lists each room, the product used and the time it was cleaned.

Photo rules

How do we take photos inside a childcare centre?

Only with the approved provider's written permission, only in empty rooms after the last child has gone, and only on a company device. Anything that could identify a child or family stays out of frame, and a centre can withdraw its permission at any time.

  • No children, everPhotos are taken after close, and we stop if anyone is still in the room.
  • No names or rollsName labels, sign-in sheets and room rolls are kept out of every shot.
  • No noticeboardsMedical plans, allergy lists and family photos on walls are never photographed.
  • No named artworkChildren's work with a name on it stays out of frame or is left out altogether.
  • No personal phonesCleaners do not use their own phones for photos inside a centre.
  • Removed on requestIf a centre changes its mind, its photos come down within a day.

From 27 February 2026, changes to the National Law and Regulations limit personal devices for anyone working directly with children and control how images of children are captured and stored; ACECQA explains the changes. Our cleaners are not with children, but we hold ourselves to the same care.

Before and after

Why don't we post before-and-after shots?

Because a "before" photo of a centre's nappy change room or kitchen tells the world how that centre looked on a bad day, and no director should find that online. Side-by-side shots are also easy to stage, so they prove less than they seem to.

What we do instead is show the "after" to the one person who needs it: the director. On request we can photograph a problem area, such as a stained carpet or a mouldy shower recess, and send the images privately with the log, so you have a record for your own maintenance file.

How do you see this standard in your own centre?

Book a free walk-through. We look at every room with you, agree what "clean" means for each one, and send a fixed written price within 24 hours. There is no lock-in, so the first month is the real test.

Start on our contact and quote page; it takes about two minutes, and you can ask for a sample log at the same time.

Questions

What do directors ask about our photos?

Two questions that come up when directors look through this page.

01Are these real centres?
Not yet. The images on this page are illustrations of the standard we leave each room in, and every one is labelled that way. Photos from real centres are added only once an approved provider agrees in writing, and they never show children, names or anything that could identify a family.
02Can our centre ask not to be photographed?
Yes, and nothing about your service changes if you do. We only photograph a centre when the approved provider has said yes in writing. If you agree and later change your mind, tell us, and every photo from your building comes off our site and out of our files within a day.
