Childcare Cleaning in Doncaster
Childcare cleaning in Doncaster and across Manningham, with Box Hill and the Whitehorse side handled from here as well. We look after long day care, kinders and OSHC programs once the last family has gone, keep to one fixed route through the building and leave a signed record for your folder. Prices are agreed in writing first. The east is one of four regions shown on our map of the suburbs we clean.

What does childcare cleaning in Doncaster usually involve?
A mix of centres in shopping and office precincts, standalone services on quieter streets, and multi-level buildings around Box Hill. Each type changes the night: lifts and shared corridors in one, leaf litter and big yards in another, and construction dust near the new freeway works.
Manningham council runs just one childcare service of its own, Early Years at MC Square in Doncaster, and it does not operate a central kinder enrolment scheme. Most local services are private or community-run, so the director usually owns the cleaning contract outright and can change it without waiting on a council process.
Next door in Whitehorse, the council runs three long day care and kinder centres under its WELS service, in Blackburn, Mitcham and Vermont South, and kinder applications go through the Whitehorse PreSchool Association. Box Hill itself is a designated metropolitan activity centre, which is why so many of its services sit in taller, mixed-use buildings.
Big road and rail projects are reshaping the area. The North East Link tunnels are being built between Watsonia and Bulleen with a new interchange at Bulleen Road, due to open in 2028, and Box Hill will have a Suburban Rail Loop station, with trains planned from 2035. Years of nearby construction mean window sills, tracks and outdoor furniture pick up dust faster than usual.
For centres close to those works, we shift sills, tracks and outdoor tables onto every visit and damp-dust instead of dry-dusting, so fine particles are lifted rather than spread. When the works move on, the scope goes back to normal and the price is adjusted to match.
Services in multi-storey buildings bring their own routine: booking the goods lift, keeping the trolley off shared landings, and taking rubbish to the right bin room at the right time. We agree all of that before the first night and it goes into the written scope.
Standalone centres on the quieter streets of Templestowe and Doncaster East have the opposite problem: big gardens, established trees and larger outdoor areas. Leaves, bark and gumnuts collect on verandahs and in sandpits through autumn, so where the yard is in scope it is cleared before morning and the sandpit cover is checked and fastened.

We mention the works for one practical reason. If your windows face a building site, tell us at the walk-through, and the quote will list each extra dust task by name, which makes the cost of living beside a building site easy to follow.
Which services do Doncaster and Box Hill centres book?
Nightly cleaning for long day care in all building types, term break deep cleans that deal with built-up dust and carpets, and daycare cleaning for smaller services. Centres in high-rise buildings often ask us to handle the building-facing tasks as well, such as bins and landings.
Many families here speak more than one language at home, and centres often label rooms and resources in several. We never move labels, name cards or displays, and anything we need to lift to clean underneath goes back exactly where it was.
Larger centres in Box Hill sometimes run until 6.30 pm or later. We plan the night so the rooms nearest the entry are done last, which lets late pick-ups happen without a cleaner in the way.
If you run centres in both council areas, they can sit under one account with one supervisor, while each keeps its own scope and its own line on the invoice.
How does a Doncaster centre get a firm price?
Fill in the short form, walk the centre with us once, and you will have a firm, written price the day after. Doncaster and Box Hill are on our regular eastern run, so distance never shows up on the invoice.
Use the free quote form to tell us about your rooms, closing time and whether you share a building.
If you are in a multi-level building, a copy of the contractor rules or the building manager's contact helps us price access time honestly, rather than guessing and adjusting later.
